One Room and Private Bath (Not Connected)

**First month’s rent rent is FREE**

One room available in a three bedroom apartment. Located at The Renaissance at 29th, the apartment style is the Rembrandt.

There is one other resident (me, 25M), the third room is used as a communal gaming space. Common spaces are furnished. You will have your own bathroom, but it’s not connected to the bedroom.

Your portion of the rent is $949, and utilities typically cost about $150 per person (this includes cable, WiFi, electricity, water, waste, etc.). No deposit necessary. All parking spots are open, but you’ll need to register your car for $8 a month (all spaces are free for visitors, only have to pay for tenants/those staying overnight. There is plenty of street parking). Let me know if you have any questions! Pet rent would be separate.

FYI: You will need to be approved through the leasing office, and sign the lease. Lease renews September 1st. The room is available March 1st.

Bathroom will be empty upon arrival. I didn’t post the kitchen because I was cooking, will update photos this weekend.

Communal spaces include: the entire first floor (kitchen, living room, storage), the nook at the top of the stairs, and the game room. Your room and bathroom are yours.

**The room itself is not pictured. It is similar in size to the game room (the one with the white couch). We are currently open to people touring the apartment!
