This is a private, furnished room in a quiet, owner-occupied home, best suited for a mid-term stay (approximately 1–6 months). Timing is flexible, as I’m prioritizing the right fit over a fixed move-in date, and this initial posting is intended to gauge interest before finalizing details.

I’m looking for a respectful, self-sufficient roommate who values clear communication, shared responsibility, and a calm living environment. This is an LGBT-friendly home and not a party house. Shared spaces are kept reasonably tidy, and everyone cleans up after themselves.

I travel regularly, so there are periods when the home is quieter, but expectations remain consistent. Rent references are required, and applicants must have their own transportation.

One well-vetted dog may be considered with a $250 refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent. Some storage space is available in the garage. Use of the hot tub is available with permission and agreement to follow basic maintenance guidelines.

This setup works best for traveling professionals, remote workers, or people in transition who want a comfortable, predictable place to live rather than a high-traffic household.

The room is flexible and will be adjusted based on the needs of the renter. It is currently set up as a home office/guest room with a futon and desk, but I am open to upgrading furnishings for the right mid-term fit.

Prior to move-in, the room will be freshly painted and can include a full or queen bed, nightstand(s), a smaller desk, and possibly a small dresser, depending on the renter’s needs and length of stay.

The goal is a comfortable, functional setup rather than a one-size-fits-all layout.

Rent & terms:
Monthly rent is $1,150, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.
Security deposit is $1,150.
One well-vetted dog may be considered with a $250 refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent.
