Warm, open minded, group looking for a roommate.

Looking for a roommate, preferably a female, laid back individual that is easy going willing to help out with chores of the house. This is not a party house but people do like to listen to there music, no drama is a must, occasionally people come over, overnight guests are fine within reason just communication is key, looking for a 6 months to a year lease. There are places to store items in laundry area in the kitchen and if needed more may have additional space just need to communicate what you’re needing.

Could be semi furnished if needed.

Kitchen has a set of cookware and silverware if you would like to use but you can bring own.

Room comes with a mini fridge for use during lease.

Currently have two dogs they get along well with others, If there is a cat they like to chase them we currently have a roommate with a cat and she keeps them in her room and hasn’t really tried to socialize the dogs with the cat to see if they work well together being out.

No smoking in the home but outside is ok.

No illegal drugs allowed.

This is a shared bathroom with one person. Between the two people expectation is every other week take turns cleaning the bathroom. Shared toilet paper and cleaning supplies with that person.

Washer and dryer in home. AC also in home.

Everyone is chill, easy going for the most part, and everyone kind of does our own thing but open to hanging out it wanted.

We like all like to cook and listen to music, chill in the backyard, gardening, sports, astrology and nutrition.
