Two rooms and private bathroom available in shared 3-bed/2-bath house. Each room is ~110 sq. ft., plus closets. The bedroom is carpeted and the office/studio has linoleum flooring. The bathroom has ample counter and storage space plus a full shower/bath. Currently unfurnished; furnishable for a monthly fee.

Shared areas include a spacious kitchen and dining room and open living room. W/D in-house and central AC/heat for year-round comfort. There’s driveway parking and a big back yard with a great view. Centrally located in Vancouver, you can get to Hwy 14, Hwy 500, or I-205 in 5-10 minutes. It's just 5-10 minutes walking to Peace Health on Mill Plain or to a Burnt Bridge Creek Trailhead.

Minimum 6-month term preferred. Monthly rent is a flat $1,300 and includes both rooms and bathroom, gigabit wi-fi, and all shared utilities/expenses. First month’s rent and $500 refundable security deposit due at signing, last-month's rent deposit due within 60 days of move-in. Household chores and yardwork are shared, but relatively minimal.

Tenants must be tidy and respectful. No smoking of any kind anywhere in the house. Quiet hours around bedtime. Guests are welcome on occasion, but this isn’t a party house and guests are expected to be respectful of the space and housemate. There are currently no pets in the house, but an adult cat is welcome for an additional $500 pet deposit.

Current housemate is in his late-30's, works in IT, and is home most evenings and some weekends. Hobbies include weightlifting, running, hiking, movies, video games, and board games.
