• Cute house in the Fourth Plain Village neighborhood (98661), walking to international eats
• $950/month + $100/month flat utility and internet fee; min 6-month lease
• Shared bathroom (just shared with one person – me)
• Minutes from downtown Vancouver, Clark College
• Easy I-5 and 500 access, 15 mins to downtown Portland
• Central AC and heat
• Some garage storage available
• Use of all common areas, washer/dryer
• Large backyard with big trees, space to garden, fire pit
• Easy street parking
• Non-smoking/vaping household; one person only; no pets
• Application ($35) will include a background check, credit check, and income verification

About me:
• Mid-30’s; cis, queer woman; liberal; work full-time, mostly from home
• I like things very clean and clutter free!
• I have a dog! He is about 8 years old, very sweet, and needs to be the only pet.
• Emotionally intelligent, great communicator, driven, sense of humor, ambivert
• Outside of work I like to do yoga, dance, read, listen to NPR, attend arts/culture events, volunteer
• I have friends over 1-2x/week max and rarely host gatherings. I like to go out and do activities and relax when I'm home.

Looking for:
• Communication skills, very clean, responsible, LGBTQ-friendly, No pets, no smoking, peaceful. Can reliably pay rent on time.
