Looking for a stable, welcoming, and relaxed place to call home? We have a room available in our vibrant, co-ed household! We have a great track record of renting out rooms over the last few years (including hosting awesome roommates moving from out of state) and love keeping a comfortable, supportive environment for everyone.
Meet the Housemates
We are a mix of working professionals and students, mostly in healthcare, education, and the trades. We all have busy schedules but love a warm, friendly vibe at home:
The Hosts: A dialysis technician (33) working toward a nursing degree and an overhead crane technician.(49)
Catelyn (21): Works with autistic children.
Ethan (22) & Kay(22): Ethan works as an adult caregiver and loves ceramics and plants. Kay works part-time as a caregiver and attends beauty school.
The Furry Roommates: We have 3 incredibly sweet cats, so you must be cat-friendly! (No additional pets can be accommodated at this time).
Because of our varying shifts and school schedules, the house stays relatively quiet, respectful, and balanced. We value cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect for everyone's space and down time.

The Bathroom: Shared bathroom access featuring a beautiful, modern double-sink vanity and plenty of storage
Shared Areas: Full access to the kitchen, living spaces, laundry, and common areas.
Perks: $800 covers absolutely everything—high-speed internet, electricity, water, trash. No surprise bills at the end of the month!
