Single Bed OR Master Bed w/Bath

I have an multiple openings at my house and I'm looking for new tenants/housemates!

The available room for a single person has a small closet in the room plus a closet in the hall for private use. It has a shared bathroom.

The available master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The room can be occupied as a single or couple.

$750 per mo. for the single room and $1300 per mo. for the Master. Utilities are split evenly between everyone (not included in rent). All utilities are $75-$150.00/month depending on the season.

There are 2 other bedrooms currently occupied and they share the front bathroom.

Be kind, relaxed, clean up after yourself, and communicate with the other roommates to keep the house running smoothly. Bonus points if you're a nerd or want to plant something in the garden. LGBTQAI+ are welcome. The whole of the house is vaccinated so please be vaccinated as well.

The common areas are furnished and there are shared dishes and kitchen supplies. There is more storage space around the house/garage. Everyone gets garage shelves if they want it and shared use of the laundry machines.

This is a quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking (free) and a driveway that can fit 2 cars. Clark College is 15 min away and WSU Vancouver is 20 min away. There are shops nearby, the library is about a 10 minute walk, and it’s an 8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
