Spacious Apartment off of Mill Plain and Chkalov

I am looking for someone to take over my current roommate's room. Room has a private bath (shower but no tub) attached.

The kitchen is large and there is a huge patio off of the living room. There is a decent size closet in the room and a closet on the hallway that would be solely for you since the other room (mine) has a walk-in closet. Room is not huge, but fits a queen bed, desk, a comfy chair and some other small furniture easily. There is a pool, hot tub, and workout room.

I am a 24 year old queer woman who would prefer to live with she's or they's. I have a small 10 pound dog who is friendly. At some point I'll probably be getting another dog or caged pets. I am looking for a roommate where we can be friends. I'd love to occasionally hang out, have game nights, make good food things like that! I rarely have people over. I don't mind if you do, just not every night and it's is more than 4 people coming over I would want to have a heads up. I'm pretty chill and silly. Things in shared spaces are tidy, but I don't mind belongings being left out. I like to have random art projects, a book I'm reading or puzzles things like that out. So you can too! 🙂

Cats are okay, but I am allergic to them so there would need to be extra cleaning. My dog has done okay with them in the past. As long as the cat mostly leaves her alone, she'll leave it alone.
