Hello, my name is Derrik and I am looking for a new housemate. I work multiple jobs in education and health care and spend most of my free time at home relaxing either with video games, gardening/tree care or DIY projects. I dont have people over often and like to maintain a relatively quiet household. Ideally looking for someone chill who would be interested in occasionally hanging out, playing games and/or making interesting projects together. I am cleanly but not obsessive and would expect shared areas to be picked up regularly.

Rent would be month to month and will be expected within the first week of each month.
