Husband and wife professionals rent 3 of our fully furnished rooms specifically to the 17-23 year old single guys and have 11 years now. It has been a great experience for all parties. You will feel a sense of community and belonging here. We rent to 1st time move outs, students, established wage earners, fully independent, still trying to figure it all out, introverts and extroverts. This is a safe place to be yourself or even find yourself. Great place to get yourself established, pay off debt or save up money.

We live in a clean, upscale home in one of Vancouver’s best East side neighborhoods close to all the restaurants and stores that you could want. We are near Fisher Investments, HP and many other employment opportunities.

We are Professional Educator and Real Estate Admins/Church Youth Staff folks, one 19 yr old Clark College student son, two 22 yr old long time male housemates, and Tonkinese lap cats.
