Home has private back yard with access to hot tub with room for small garden and plenty of shade in the summer months. First month rent of 1500.00 with $750.00 non refundable security deposit will be required before move in.

Home has large furnished living / Family room, with open wood fireplace, and game room with pool table. The two out of four bedrooms will be availible April 15th. Home near Vancouver Mall in quiet neighborhood near 63rd Ave. There is two German Shepherds dogs named Lucy & Ricky that are 19 months old. They have their own private yard and kennel in the garage. No additional pets at this time. There is also ONE off-street parking space. $1500 months includes basic utilities that include Comcast internet, Electricity, Water, and garbage service.
