Rooms for rent!

My name is Chris and I'm looking for more roommates.

First a little about the house. The rooms feature new recessed lights with dimmers, LVP flooring and paint. Bathroom/shower upstairs that will be shared between up to three people. The kitchen is big and there is a spare of fridge.

TV downstairs, utensils and tools can be used by everyone, just treat it with care. You are expected to clean up after yourself and help keep house clean (Ex everyone vacuums the common areas) I will require a background check through Tennant screening which you will pay for ($42). Also if you have a pet, it will cost an additional $20 to your rent.

As for myself I'm a 30 yr old male who loves dancing, board games, video games. I do a lot of cooking. I also like taking advantage of everything Portland/Vancouver has to offer (food, dance venues, events like the Portland light festival and food weeks). I have a hybrid work schedule and am pretty easygoing.
