I’m 25 years old and I rent a house in salmon creek by myself. Looking for a roommate to help bring down expenses. I have two rooms available for rent, the bigger one is about 13’x11’ (Gucci rug) and the second (the one with the couch and bed in the picture) is about 10’x11’. The house is completely furnished and recently remodeled, so it’s really nice. Big back yard and garage, really only looking for one roommate, you would get your own bathroom and both rooms. I like to go out on my boat as much as possible and I run my own business, so I’m home most days. Also love going out to bars, skiing, and sailing. Want someone who has their life together and will also hang out, not just hole themself in their room. Looking for someone around my age. Really laid back. Really dope house, $1,150 a month plus utilities. No pets! Available January 1st. No pets
