- shared full bathroom with one other person (female, 20’s)

- Utilities/water will be split by the number of people in the house (4)
- Renters will not be allowed to have pets, but I do have a cat
- Background check required
- All renters will sign a lease
- First + last months rent + refundable security deposit required
- Prefer young professionals in their 20’s-30’s like myself and my other tenants

This house is three levels, with a deck and a fenced backyard. You will have access to the living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck on the main floor. I will be living in the basement of the house.
Nice, quiet neighborhood with street parking availability.
Shared living spaces have been furnished.

Current tenants:
Three females, all in their 20’s. We enjoy spending our time outdoors, kicking back and watching TV, and grabbing the occasional drink at new places in Vancouver.
