Looking for a peaceful place to call home? I have two fully furnished private bedrooms available in my beautiful home on five quiet acres, just 2 mins from Main Street in Battle Ground, WA.

Each room includes a brand-new queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, spacious closet, and a 55" Samsung Smart TV. The rooms are move-in ready, but you're also welcome to bring your own furniture if you'd like to make the space feel more like home.

You'll have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, covered patio, and large backyard. Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, with off-street parking available.

The house is about 20mins from downtown Vancouver, 30mins from PDX, and 40mins from downtown Portland, with quick access to both I-5 and I-205.

A little about me: I'm 42, easygoing, respectful, and work remotely from home. I really value creating a home that feels peaceful, comfortable, and full of good vibes. I'm hoping to find roommate(s) who are respectful, clean, and looking for a place where everyone feels at home. One well-behaved pet may be considered.
