• Located in a safe neighborhood in the Tri-Cities area with convenient access to local shops and highways.
• Must love cats! I have 2 cats who rule the apartment, so you must be comfortable living with felines.

The Details:
• Rent: $900/month
• Due at Move-In: First month's rent ($900) + Last month's rent ($900) + $300 refundable security deposit
• Total Move-In Cost: $2,100
• Utilities: Not included (Roommate pays 50% of the electric bill and 50% of the internet bill)
• Lease Term: Month-to-month lease
• Availability: Move-in ready starting October 12th

House Rules:
• Strictly no smoking.
• No additional pets allowed (the resident cats have the pet quota completely covered!).
