My kids live with me part-time

My house is undergoing slow, healthy renovation. Two Rivers Park and walking trails are a short walk down the street.

You

Are a Christian male who wants to learn and do some of these same things, build your future, and choose the path of life spiritually, relationally, and physically

Are trustworthy and free of drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping, and communicable diseases

Clean up after yourself

Provide your own food & furniture (negotiable)

Pay rent monthly

Pay an up-front, refundable security deposit equal to 1/2 month’s rent, and first month’s rent. 6 month lease; 9 & 3 month leases for students (until a week after your Spring finals, and a week before your Fall semester/quarter begins).

You get

The large 307 sqft furnished upper living room with its own private entrance and a view of the Columbia River from your large picture window, for $1600/mo; $800/mo if you share

Optionally an additional 132 sqft unfurnished bedroom, for $800/mo

Included shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, large decks, workshop, lawn and garden space now, and more of the 1800 sqft house (other living room, hot tub!) as it is renovated. This is far more than a 1400 sqft apartment!

Utilities included: water, electricity, garbage, fast internet

Parking for 2 cars; 4 if I organize the garage

1 car available for rent
