Room for rent near Hapo Cube/Hansen Park

I am a professional account manager representing the northwest for my company. It is a relatively new home (built around 2011) and has all modern amenities. i am listing at 900 per month with an additional 150 towards utilities that will include wifi. Both available rooms have beds, minor furnishings, and closets. If you have your own thats great i am happy to clear the room out and store the bed in the garage.

i am happy with month to month. i will just ask for first and last with a 250 security deposit. i have a boilerplate basic rental agreement ill ask you to sign that protects us both.

I am single and travel roughly 4 days a week for work so you will typically see me on the weekends. i keep to myself for the most part but am friendly and sociable. Really looking for a roommate that matches my calm energy at home as while i do go out i very rarely if ever host events at home beyond maybe sporting events. Standard expectations for cleanliness in shared spaces. Historically i like to hire a house cleaner every month or so. if that is something you want to contribute to then they will be happy to include your bathroom in their tasks.

Having been both a landlord in the past as well as a renter i can say with confidence i know what characteristics to look for in a good roommate. i also know what makes a good rental situation and this one is pretty ideal. you will have the house to yourself much of the time. as of right now both rooms are open and you will have your pick of the two.
