$700 Kennewick room

This property is a lovely spacious home with lots of natural light. It has a backyard full of fruit trees with a garden and deck. Lots of storage in the garage including extra fridge/freezer space.

There is room for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway or garage and plenty of room to park right in front of the house on the street.

The room is about 13x10ft with a nice closet and built in shelves. The large window has a small seating area and lots of natural light. The room is fully carpeted and currently unfurnished, but we can furnish it for you if needed. It will be a private room with a shared bathroom. We are asking $700 a month and an equal share of the utilities which averages $100 a month.

Our current lease goes to June. But we will be renewing our lease for another year.

We are two girlies in our late 20s who both work in environmental sciences. We are pretty chill and love to go on outdoor adventures or get creative and craft!
With us in the house is Timber a 37lb dog. He is pretty shy but once he gets to know you will enjoy all the pets. We also have a quirky kitty in the home named Phineas.
