Affordable, cozy furnished room in quiet household.

Home is very safe area, very near to Springfield Hospital, (just 4 minutes away, if not less. House sits on just over an acre of land in a very peaceful setting with lots of wildlife and nature overlooking a series of frog ponds). An absolutely perfect way to unwind after work!!

Furnished Room has tv, chair & full sized bed. Tenant would also have use of adjacent den to use as their own.
Kitchen is furnished and tenant could use whatever cooking wear I have.

Shared spaces include: dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room. Living room isn’t intended to be communal. So tenant is encouraged to utilize their own spaces.

Tenant must be employed and good with cats. I have one cat who will try and get out any chance she gets. So tenant must be super responsible in that way. Cat is super friendly and is an absolute diva.

Landlord is other tenant (me). Mid 30’s female. I am super clean and tidy, just like to lay low on my days off and do my gardening or hiking. I am fairly social but my social battery isn’t that large after work. Prefer someone who meets that balance.

Laundry room on site. Parking is up a hill in driveway.
