Private room in an owner occupied house. Within minutes of hospitals. The upstairs is a dedicated space for just the tenants; it has two bedrooms and one half bath. The full bathroom is on the main floor. Winter months will require an awd vehicle as this is rural VT. In the summer time there are many flower gardens, vegetable gardens, a large deck, and an inground pool! There are cats and dogs that live on the premises. We also foster around kittens a year! Full disclosure: one of the cats has special needs and occasionally uses the tub to pee in, the tub is bleached as needed. All utilities included, fast WiFi, laundry on site.
