2 Bed Room Share (Check Description)

Hi,
I'm renting out the rest of my apartment, and I want just one tenant or couple. Also, the bathroom is shared. Therefore, I'm renting out both rooms as a package deal to maintain breathing room in the space. More value for you, less bs for both of us.
You get 2 Bedrooms, one can be furnished or I can dispose of the furniture. Downtown Montpelier, a stone's throw from Positive Pie. Good value for what you're getting. Quiet town with some fun bars walking distance. Pets ok; I have a friendly cat so any addition of a cat shouldn't be an issue. Dog would have to be 100% safe towards my cat in order to stay. No extra deposit.
Now, the brass tax. You have to pass the Landlord's property management's application; I would not mind meeting or having you tour the property before any final decisions made. Bathroom is shared. No laundry in unit or on property. $360 Water Bill every six months, split in half so $180 every six months.
House cleanliness is a must, especially in the summer. We can have an unspoken "We trust each other to clean up after ourselves" or a whiteboard with the cleaning chart. Place has to stay clean though that's major. I know that seems ironic given the picture, but things are in flux and I needed to get the ad up.
No other major requests from me though, just an adult who pays their bills and considers their roommate while they live their day-to-day life.
