I’m going to be moving into 3 Fales St this coming month. Everything is included except for electricity which is about 400 a month. Rent is 1,500 but with the electricity it will cost roughly around 2,000. I will be fully furnishing the place except for the spare bedroom. I will have a dog and two cats living with me. My dog’s name is Gus and he can be reactive to other dogs but he is very friendly otherwise. I’m looking for a roommate that is clean and organized as I take pride in having a clean space. The apartment is an upstairs apartment with a mud room attached.
