Room in established 3 br apartment!

My roommate Lauren and I are 28 and 22, respectively. We have one roommate moving out right now and the room will be available September 1st until May 2027. We live in South Burlington in an apartment complex called Olde Orchard Park run by Larkin Realty. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bath that includes a dedicated parking space in a covered garage, a bike rack, in building coin laundry, an elevator, a dishwasher and includes heating and water.

Lauren is a waitress and I work for TSA at the Burlington airport. I dont have a car but Lauren does, and our schedules are around the same though our days vary. We love to watch movies together and just hangout in the living room sometimes but also value our privacy and most of all, respect and cleanliness. I have lived here for a little over a year and Lauren moved in two months ago. The security deposit would be 600, and monthly rent is 673.33 before wifi and electricity which is separate.
