Room for rent - private bath and hot tub

We have an open room available in our four-bedroom home located in the safe and quiet Pinewood Manor neighborhood, just two miles outside of Essex Junction.

This is a pot friendly household.

About the Space:

- Downstairs: You will have your own bedroom, access to a secondary guest bedroom for occasional guests, a full bathroom (shared only when we have guests), and a shared washer/dryer. The bedroom is appox 13'x14' and has one closet. Additionally, you'll have some storage space in the laundry room.
- Upstairs: Shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, and hot tub. The only off-limits area is our private bedroom.
- Parking: Includes one driveway parking spot.
-Behind the house are four campsites and a campfire pit in the woods.

About Us and the Household:

- We are a married gay couple together for 15 years. We prefer a queer renter, but it is not a requirement. No couples or children.
- We both work from home, so meetings are occasionally conducted in the shared living areas during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).
- We have two indoor cats, so no additional pets are allowed.

Rental Terms:

- Rent: Includes all utilities (heat, electric, oil, internet, water, and trash).
- Lease: Month-to-month agreement with a 60-day notice required before moving out.
- Security Deposit: None required.

We have successfully rented a room in our home for the past 10 years with the last roomate moving out in Aug. Our ideal roommate is a working professional who is quiet, respectful, and clean.
