Large private bedroom with private bathroom available in a beautiful, airy Burlington home.

The room is on the main floor and comes with its own bathroom and off-street parking. The house has a newly updated shared kitchen and common spaces, and the arrangement would be with the owner, who also lives in the home.

I’m hoping to find one thoughtful, responsible person who would enjoy sharing a home that feels friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I like the idea of living with someone where there can be a little warmth and conversation when it naturally happens, while also giving each other plenty of privacy and independence.

This could be a particularly good fit for a medical resident, visiting professional, faculty member, or someone else who is settled, considerate, and looking for a comfortable place to live rather than just a room.

Rent is $1,200/month plus half of utilities. Parking is included. The room is unfurnished.

No smoking. References and proof of income would be required.
