Property equipped with a 24/7 video surveillance system for Tenant security, safety, and facility protection. Tenant rooms are single occupancy - no pets, no overnight guests allowed.

The two Bathrooms, Kitchen, and 1st Floor Dish Sink/Cutlery Area are shared. Laundry Room with coin operated washer and electric dryer in basement. A table, clothes iron, and ironing accessories provided in Laundry Room. Cleaning supplies, mop, rags, toilet paper, and vacuum cleaner provided on each of the two (2) floors. Resident Manager cleans common areas.
