Urgent roomie/sublet needed !!!

My roommate is moving into a different place Feb 15th so you'd be taking over until the end of May with a chance to sign new lease with me!

Pics attached ! The kayak, giant TV , bike, and cord on ceiling will be gone when roomie moves out / the room pics were taken before he moved in , room will be empty when you move in of course. The mattress in the picture is a queen size to give idea of space.

About the place
1,100 $ rent a month (per person)
Bills can be 60-150 a month per person depending on weather/season. Wifi is always at 42.5 per person, electric varies.
Heating is baseboard with thermostats in every room for individual adjustments they are electric which is why it varies (highest in winter)
Has on site parking with assigned parking the spot would be yours because i do not drive/own a vehicle
Coin op laundry in the basement (we have a dryer in the apartment) , and a dishwasher!
Fully furnished by me! Besides the room you'll be in of course.
Your room is smaller, it can hold a queen bed and some extra room, current roomie had a computer set up in there.
Pets are allowed, case to case per landlord, preference towards small dogs and cats.
There is closet storage space in the common area, but not a ton. Your room also has a closet of course.

Location:
On main street, across from edmunds middle school. On main bus line. About 10 minute down hill walk to church Street and 15 minute up hill walk to UVM.

About me!

I work full time 830-5 every day of the week and a weekend every once and awhile. I work at the UVM hospital!
Mostly at home im in my room. I read, play videogames, and watch TV.
I do enjoy socializing and chatting after work , but also definitely need my decompression time. I generally have my partner over on the weekends and once or twice a week a friend comes over , but we stay in my room and watch movies / share a meal.
I meal prep for work every 2 weeks and make big soups for my dinners. I'm in the kitchen often cooking.

General expectations:
Not a party house! Guests are allowed of course. No parties, and don't leave people here when you aren't here / have to give a heads up with overnights.
Keep common areas clean! (Idc if your room is messy as long as it doesn't smell)
Pick up after yourself
Everyone does chores! Trash, recycling, dishes!
Gotta chip in for common things (TP, paper towels, and dishwasher soap)
Be respectful of people's belongings and privacy

Other stuff
Communicating is key!
Don't use other people's stuff w/o asking.
No nicotine smokers! (Any other smoking has to be done outside /in room with window open)
I prefer sober people, not a deal breaker, I do not want somone who is drunk often / rambunctious when they are.

What im looking for in a roomie:
Someone around my age, LGBT friendly, no trump supporters, generally clean, laid back/chill, communicative, and responsible.
