Spacious apartment on the river

I have a room for rent in my apartment. It is a sizable three-bedroom, but I use the smallest bedroom as an office. I live there now, and I am only looking to have one other roommate. I have a cat already, and she does not get along well with most other animals. There are washer/dryer hookups, but I don't own any machines. All of the other appliances are provided. The rent does include all of the utilities, snow plowing, trash pickup, and WiFi. If you want network TV, we can talk about it, but the price would go up to cover the additional expense. The apartment is located in the downtown area and is within walking distance to the shops, restaurant, and movie theater. Everything downtown is within three blocks of the apartment. If you like to fish, a stocked river is adjacent to the backyard.

I am a 40-something man who has never had kids. I am very laid back, and I get along with most people. I don't get frustrated with a lot of things, and I won't expect you to keep everything in your room or not use the living room. I am drug-free and responsible with alcohol. I like to ski, play guitar, hike, lift weights, and ride my motorcycle. I work a lot during the week, leaving at 7 am, and I don't get home until around 5. I will be around most weekends, but I do like to travel, particularly during riding season.
