Couple needing reliable roommates

I’m posting on behalf of my current roommates!
I’m moving to a house to give my dogs a yard.
Them:
They have 4 cats so you must love cats
They don’t smoke cigarettes but smoke nature if you catch my drift but they can smoke outside on the balcony.
Night owls but are respectful of quiet hours
Seldom have evening or overnight guests
You:
You would have your own bathroom and half the kitchen cupboards as well
Pets okay on a case by case basis. No bully breeds.
This is a 2 bed 3rd floor walk up. The stairs are pretty shallow so it’s not too bad.
Your share is half the rent whether individual or couple Melody works in costuming full time and Michael is an actor but also does DoorDash. No security deposits or anything. Good credit and references is a must.
The only furniture you need is for your bedroom and they’ll need a dining table so bonus if you have one.
Move in should be around end of July or august (I still need to find a place but that’s the best estimate)
