Hey folks, this is my current place of residence and I’m looking to sublet! I’m an organized, clean, army vet currently in school and the national guard, so I’m usually pretty busy. It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bath. I've only had a problem with one roommate while two friends and I roomed together. One lived like an animal and clogged our toilet regularly, so the other friend and I moved out together. Anyone else would be hard-pressed to be a worse roommate than him, so I'm not worried.
