Location: We’re located in Aragona Village, just 2 miles from Town Center, Virginia Beach! The house is right behind Haygood Shopping Center, with Harris Teeter nearby and Williams Farm Rec Center down the road. It’s a friendly, low-crime neighborhood with great neighbors.

Lease Terms: Month-to-month lease – flexible and easy. Utilities included with rent. No wild parties—we’re a chill and respectful household. If you’re looking for a quiet, easygoing home with good people and a great location, this could be the spot for you!
