This second-floor space is accessed through the main home and offers a comfortable, private setup ideal for a single occupant seeking a peaceful, turnkey living arrangement.

• Washer/dryer access

This space is best suited for a single professional who values a quiet, respectful, and low-traffic home environment.

It’s a great fit for traveling professionals, travel nurses, military on short-term assignment, or anyone in need of a clean, comfortable place to land for a few months.

Access to limited, designated areas of the home is available for basic needs, but this setup is not intended for regular or full kitchen use. This helps maintain privacy and a low-impact shared environment for everyone.

• $1,250/month (includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly professional cleaning)
• 3–6 month stay preferred
• Single occupancy only

Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing. If approved, a separate pet addendum and pet fee will apply. All approvals are at the homeowner’s discretion.
