Ranch style home beautifully remodeled and located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood surrounded by trees and pathways for walking. Peaceful and relaxing backyard. The property is near Regent University and Town Center.

The bedroom is completely furnished with a dresser, closet and queen-size bed. Full bathroom located in the hallway. Linens and bath towels can be included, or you can use your own.

The roommate will have access to all common areas: kitchen, dining room, laundry room, family room and backyard. You may also use all kitchen utensils, dinnerware and glassware.

Parking available in street or side of driveway.

Also, common and shared areas of the house must be kept organized, clean and properly maintained.

Background check and proof of income are required for this rental. A security deposit plus the first month’s rent is due upon signing the lease agreement. The rent is due on the 1st of each month. Note: Background check is waived for military personnel.

About us: I was born and raised in South America and my partner grew up in Holland so between the two of us we speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, German and French. We are friendly and like to keep a clean house, have great friends and enjoy quality time with people and our pets (two golden retrievers and three rescued cats). Non-smoker. Drama-free environment.

Note: The bathroom will be shared with another roomie. Military member/male, extremely respectful, easygoing and always busy.
