We are currently seeking a responsible female tenant to occupy the available upstairs bedroom. The selected applicant will share the upstairs bathroom with one existing female tenant (single occupancy only – no couples, partners, or additional occupants permitted).
This beautifully furnished room is located in our spacious 3,100 sq. ft. home with all utilities included in the rent. The residence is equipped with all major appliances including washer, dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, cookware, and utensils provided). Each resident receives designated pantry and refrigerator space.
Common areas are comfortable and well-maintained, and the home includes high-speed fiber internet – perfect for remote work, streaming, or gaming. Entry is secured via an August Smart Lock keyless system for convenience and safety.

Fully furnished: queen bed, 40” Smart TV, fresh bedding, dresser, nightstand, and desk
Shared upstairs bathroom with one current female tenant

Move-In Requirements

Security deposit = $500
First month’s rent due at signing
Active-duty military: provide current LES only
Civilian applicants: mandatory third-party background check (applicant pays fee – non-negotiable)
