Additional amenities include a small gym equipped with quality facilities and sauna, a lake suitable for fishing and kayaking, and a tennis court. Residents also enjoy access to two pools, indoor and outdoor. The neighborhood is even safe for nighttime strolls.

Please note that no additional pets are allowed, as the I already have two male cats. Bedroom visuals are unavailable at present, as the current roommate will vacate on July 16. Tenants are required to utilize their own kitchenware, with designated storage provided. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness is expected or we'll have problems.
