Grocery and drug store across the street. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Close to jogging/walking/biking trails and the Landing's State Park and all military bases in VA Beach and Norfolk.

Landlady will be living on the same floor with you and using all the other room.. She is nice, introverted, quiet, semi-retired, and works at home. She has 2 quiet, guinea pigs and one dwarf bunny which stay in her office.

LOOKING FOR: Male who is respectful, clean, quiet, mature, educated professional, government employee, military (active duty or retired) personnel, or grad student.

No drama, heavy drinking/drugs/parties/couples/kids/or overnights.
