Welcome to your cozy home away from home!
Looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay? I have a furnished private bedroom available in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, perfect for someone who values a peaceful home environment.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, conveniently located just across the hallway and reserved exclusively for you. We will share the kitchen, living room, and washer & dryer.

I occupy the other bedroom and live alone, so you’ll only be sharing the apartment with one respectful, quiet person.

Although the apartment has a TV mounted on the wall, I haven’t connected cable service yet because I recently moved in and rarely watch TV. I usually stream shows on my laptop or phone. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, so you’re welcome to stream your favorite shows on your own devices.

To keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, I kindly ask that guests respect the following:

Female tenant preferred
No pets
No smoking or vaping inside the apartment
No overnight guests or outside visitors

I’m hoping to find a respectful, clean, responsible female renter. This may be especially convenient for a travel nurse, military member, college student, or working professional looking for a comfortable place to stay.
