1 room for rent in VB for $1250 plus utilities.

I prefer someone close to my age (31). Friendly, cleans up after themselves and respects the property as it is brand new. No cats, no kids. Open to one dog that’s friendly! I have a 5 year old border collie who loves all dogs!

It’s a two story, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, brand new home I bought less than a year ago. It’s a brand new build less than 10 minutes from the oceanfront and right off the Lynnhaven exit.
The room does have a bathroom that connects to another bedroom. A backyard that is fenced in. I do have multiple cameras outside of the property and an alarm system. Two car garage with space for 2 extra cars on the driveway.

About me!
31 year old female. I work full time. I enjoy cooking, puzzles and hanging out with family! I do enjoy staying at home majority of the time but will go out from time to time. I’m pretty introverted but if we click, I’m very outgoing and goofy.

In order to be considered, you must make 2 and a half times the monthly rent & put down a 1250 security deposit. Will do a background check but it is currently ready to be rented!
