All utilities are included in the rent except electricity, which is split evenly between roommates.

I’m a working professional and graduate student and am looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful roommate. I’m pretty easygoing and independent, and I’d like to find someone who is similar and wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live. I’m social and happy to hang out occasionally, but I also respect privacy and personal space.

The apartment is in a convenient North Suffolk location with easy access to the surrounding Hampton Roads area.
