Hey everyone,

I am looking for two people (preferably female) to fill 2 private bedroom in a 3 bed / 2 bath home in the Suffolk, VA area. The room will be available September 1st. Shared living spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, and main bathroom.

Rent: 750-800/ month depending on the room. (includes utilities + internet and ADT services)
Location: Conveniently located just minutes from Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials. You’ll also be just a short drive from downtown dining, local shops, parks, and walking trails—making it easy to enjoy both convenience and the outdoors.

About Me:
I’m a female active-duty military member who values a clean, respectful, and well-organized home. I enjoy cooking, baking, camping, spending time outdoors, curling up with a good book, and relaxing with a movie.

I’m hoping to find a roommate with a similar lifestyle and appreciation for a peaceful, considerate living environment, as I think it makes sharing a home easier. I’m simply looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and easy to live with.

Important details:
• $500 refundable deposit (returned at the end of the lease if no damages)
• Month-to-month lease
• Must be okay with two friendly dogs in the home
