No central air conditioning available but window AC units are allowed. Water, sewerage and trash services are included in the rent. Laundry facilities are nearby but not onsite. No smoking or pets allowed. Must sign one-year lease. Max occupancy 3 persons. Monthly rent: $850. Security deposit: $1,000.
