4 minutes to MCQB Ponderosa gate\entrance for NCIS/FBI/DEA etc or 6 minutes to Russel Road gate\Interstate 95.

Room is fully furnished, with queen bed and night USB stand along with chest of drawers and closet, also smart TV.

All the expected appliances provided as well as silverware, glassware, dishware, pots and pans and many other items like air fryer, Keurig, pressure cooker etc. Washer and Dryer also available. All is needed would be sheets\pillows and towels.

A 4th bedroom is an office with desk\chair\Laptop and can be used if candidate works from home full or part time.

Home owner has personal Plex media server onsite with over 10K+ movies and 3K+ TV shows available to watch at anytime on the TV and streamed anywhere with the Plex App for Iphone\Android and is constantly updated weekly as new movies and shows are released.

Unfinished large basement available for storage if needed. Owner spends 95% of time in his bedroom\office, other renter also spends majority of her time in the office or bedroom so candidate will have the run of the open areas of the house mostly to themselves if wanted, enjoy the 60 inch TV with sound bar for that favorite movie while relaxing on a comfortable couch.

Bathroom shared with female renter, Kitchen shared.

Owner has an older dog and is friendly and basically never leaves the side of the owner. Candidate must be a dog lover.

Both owner (60) and current female renter (32) are very quite and respectful of one another, we are looking for the same in the other renter, if you like to party and play music loud or have lots of visitors this would not be a good fit for you.

Smoking permitted outside\garage. No overnight guests.
