Spacious indoor and outdoor areas include living and dining spaces, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, powder room, fireplace, and porch, deck, and patio with grills. All utilities, internet access, and driveway parking are included.

Master Suite: $1,700/month single ($2,000/month for two people) with private bath and custom-designed walk-in closet. The suite includes a queen bed, 65-inch flat screen TV, sitting area, bedding, linens, artwork, lamps, custom lighting, and shoe storage for 100+ pairs of shoes.

Two Additional Rooms: $750/month and $850/month, sharing a bath with double vanity and private toilet closet. These two decently-sized rooms include a dresser, nightstand, and tv and can also be combined to form a single-occupancy junior suite for $1,400/month in lieu of renting them separately.

Full Rental Option: All three private rooms, including the master suite, can be rented together for up to three tenants for $3,000/month.

The home is strictly smoke-, vape-, and pet-free to accommodate a current resident’s allergies, creating a quiet and comfortable environment for all. Tenants are expected to maintain both personal and shared spaces; professional cleaning is available at additional cost for those who prefer it.
