About Me: I’m 36years old and a manager at Amazon. I’m looking for a roommate. I work overnight, 630pm-5am. 4-5days a week. My last roommate moved out. Rate: I’m asking for $1,000 Month-Month lease. First month upfront. We can discuss utilities. Washer/dryer and Verizon Fios 500mps internet included. You have a choice of 2 bedrooms. Its a 3 floor home. Description: All bedrooms are on top floor(3rd), living area and kitchen on 2nd floor and another living area on 1st floor. I’m not just offering a room, I’m offering the entire first floor to make it your own. Only time I’m down there is to go out the front door. I’m in the master bedroom which has a master bathroom. You will have your own Full Bathroom, which is also on the 3rd floor. You will have your own 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor.

If you just need a room and don’t want the living area on 1st floor,$900. I DO OWN A DOG. BUT CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS. I’m sorry. The doggo will be on the first floor because he has a doggy door to the backyard which is on the first floor. Please hit me up with a message if your interested!
