Beautiful room for rent in the heart of Fredericksburg in a twolevel townhome. You'll have your own bathroom. Enjoy sitting in an eatin kitchen, or enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck outside. Shops and dining are within minutes of home.

What I'm looking for:
In search of a single, clean, and neat professional female tenant to rent out second bedroom with private bathroom inside my home. I will be living in the master bedroom. Active duty is preferred but I am open to civilian tenants who are disciplined, clean, quiet and respectful. Must be ok with cats as there are two in the home.

Rental Terms:

*There will be a lease agreement in place.
