This is a small room ('." x ') on the third floor with an in suite bathroom and small closet. There are many stairs to get to the top floor this room is not suitable if you have leg pain. The color scheme is grey, navy blue and black. One full size bed, one floor length mirror, hangers a furnished bathroom and cleaning products are available. This is a single occupancy room.
Unfortunately there is no washer and dryer. This a new house and one has not been purchased yet. Please plan accordingly. No pets no exceptions.
Currently there are other professional tenants. An engineer on the first floor and nurse student on the top floor.
Room is located inside a new townhome built in August . The townhome is three levels, with kitchen located on the second floor and room for rent on the third floor.
