I am looking for someone to share my apartment with. There would be a shared bathroom, living room, balcony, and appliance stocked kitchen (no microwave) area and It will be all the way furnished, besides the private room. I have my own personal bed so preferably I’m looking for someone who has their own bed and dresser for the private room, if you need help moving your items to the unit I do not mind helping if discussed beforehand.

. All of my money goes towards my bills and I need to start saving up, a long term roommate is desirable but only a couple months could be alright. Almost all terms are negotiable, but smoking inside is prohibited, there will be a balcony with chairs and a table that you’re welcome to use.

. Small pets are allowed but if you have a big animal like a dog or cat I need to know the breed (there are aggressive ‘type’ animal restrictions) and you’d need to pay the pet deposit for the apartment building, which is a $350 no refundable deposit per pet (per leasing office requirement), along with a $45 PER PET fee a month, and you’d need all vaccination/paperwork for animal; this only includes large animals such as cats and dogs, but smaller animals (such as rodents, birds, etc) are permitted without pet deposit, but needs to be taken care of extensively so there’s no smell or mess to the point there needs to be a deep clean, otherwise cleaning costs will come out of your pocket.

. You’re welcome to bring your own door knob to install on the bedroom door, but needs to be taken off and replaced with original when lease is up.

I’m hoping to move in with someone I can establish trust with. I am requiring in person 1-1’s before adding you to the lease. I have just moved in and have been settling things day by day, and IF THE AD IS STILL UP THE ROOM IS STILL FOR RENT. Please don’t message me asking if it is if it’s still up and then not responding for a month or two, and then asking again if it’s still available. I will ignore the message because it is a waste of time and I actively need a roommate. I usually check the app every week, and I will be uploading pictures once I get the basic necessities settled.
