2bd 2bth Apartment on VCU campus for sublet

My roommate and I are looking for one or two people to sublet our spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the sixth floor of The Square Apartments on the corner of Shafer street and West Grace street. Pictures are attached however we will be taking everything with us when we move out.

In-unit amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ac/heating. Complex amenities include gym, rooftop, clubhouse, secure garage parking, door-to-door trash service, mailroom, on-demand maintenance, 24/7 security, resident-only events and giveaways.

We are moving out at the beginning of May so you could move in as soon as Mother’s Day weekend (5/10.) Rent will be prorated accordingly. The lease will end on July 31st so you will need to be moved out by then. That makes this a two and a half month lease term exclusively for summer 2026.

Additionally, There will be no inspection or maintenance done between us moving out, and you moving in, you’ll have to be okay taking the apartment as is.

Rent is $2159/month before utilities. After utilities and being split between two people, my roommate and I each pay a 1300/per person. In addition to the unit, rent also pays for two single parking spaces in the lower level garage and pet rent. These things are already apart of the lease so I believe they are required to be paid for even if you are not utilizing them. Please reach out if you are interested.
