This is a good building to rent within, for mature students who don't want to commute to campus, or for professionals who want to be near the university.

The building is clean and quiet with a security door, maintenance, and concierge staff during the day. There are two elevators, and staff to help load and unload when moving in and out. There are washers and dryers for tenants to use located in the building. Restaurants and coffee shops are within a block.

For those who have a car, the building does have parking spaces reserved at the Shaffer Street Parking Deck; only 1 block away.

This is a sublet. You will be taking over the lease, mid year, from a doctor, who is moving home after completing research at VCU. The apartment will be free of furniture and cleaned before you move in.
